Hello everyone,
My name is Carlos Dhayer, and I am the Director of Operations at Paradise Hyperbarics in Temecula, CA. I am a medically retired United States Navy Deep Sea Diver who honorably served for eight years and conducted diving and hyperbaric chamber operations across the globe. Since retiring from the military in 2015, I became a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) and successfully opened and managed two 5-star rated HBOT facilities in Southern California. Between my time as a U.S. Navy Diver and as a civilian in the specialized healthcare setting, I have been practicing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for 17 years.
In 2015, I co-founded an HBOT facility in San Diego, where I managed all operations as the sole operator for 3 years. In early 2018, a new ownership and medical team offered me the opportunity to design, build, and open Paradise Hyperbarics in Temecula, CA. As the Director of Operations, I have established Paradise Hyperbarics as the premier hyperbaric facility in the region and now look forward to expanding our brand by adding new locations to help increase patient access to HBOT in Southern California and possibly other states in the future. Paradise Hyperbarics is an extension of my passion for hyperbarics and I am honored to help this facility grow into the one of the most respected HBOT facility in the industry.
I possess a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHCA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) specializing in Healthcare Administration, graduating with honors for both degrees. My passion for helping others continues to grow and I am always focused on improving my knowledge base so that I can provide the highest quality of care and excellent overall patient experiences. By leveraging my extensive experience as a hyperbaric chamber supervisor and knowledge of diving medicine, I am able to provide the highest level of hyperbaric care and patient safety. I truly pride myself on providing a professional, yet enjoyable environment for all of our patients and am confident that everyone will be impressed with their experience with us at Paradise Hyperbarics.
